Should I wear sunscreen while using Mad Hippie’s?
Absolutely! Mad Hippie’s products have many active ingredients that are meant to fight skin damage and build resistance to the sun & other elements, the use of sunscreen daily is always a necessity and key to ensuring beautiful skin for years to come.
No more crows eye cream contains retinyl palmitate, which can help heal sun damage, but temporarily leave the skin more sensitive to the sun. When using no more crows be sure to use a high SPF on the sensitive skin around the eyes.
How long does it take to start seeing the effects of Mad Hippie’s?
The vitamin C serum is by far the fastest acting of our products, and users will usually start to see differences in their skin within 2 weeks, though as with the creams, it takes 3 months for the full benefits to be realized.
What order should I use my products in?
If you are using Mad Hippie’s full skin care line, we recommend applying the vitamin C serum 5 minutes after washing your face thoroughly. Wait 5 minutes after applying the serum & apply the creams (apply the face cream to entire face, including eye area, then apply eye cream beside and below the eyes—making sure to rub both creams in well, paying particular attention to wrinkle prone areas.)

Where should I keep my Mad Hippie products?
Mad Hippie creams can be kept at room temperature wherever you would like. We recommend keeping the vitamin C serum some place cool and dark though, such as the fridge, to ensure against oxidation.
I just received my bottle and the pump is not working?
With shipping sometimes you get a little air in the top of the bottle, making the airless pump not work efficiently. Turn your bottle upside down & give it a good shake. Turn it back right-side up and pump a number of times. If your bottle is cold (from shipping during the winter), let the bottle warm for a couple hours indoors, then try the steps above.
